HP Hotels Adds Three to Portfolio, Expands to Texas

ATLANTA—HP Hotels has added Texas to the growing list of states in which it has hotels under management with the addition of three properties to its portfolio.

These newest hotels in HP Hotels’ portfolio include the following:

123-room Holiday Inn Trophy Club – Trophy Club, TX:

The newly constructed hotel is proximate to DFW International Airport and the Fort Worth Alliance airport. The lobby has open space to work, socialize or relax. On-site amenities include a business center, gift shop and an indoor pool. Also, the Magnolia bar serves cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers 30 beers on tap, including local craft beer, and 16 wines on tap.

76-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South – Buda, TX:

The hotel offers an array of amenities, including an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Its Express Start breakfast bar offers hot items, fruit and pastries, and its spacious meeting room is a versatile facility with accommodations for 52 guests.

79-room Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas / Cockrell Hill I-30 – Dallas:

Accommodations include guestrooms and accessible rooms with one king-sized bed and two queen-sized bed options; each room features a 37-in. flat-screen TV with cable, a work desk with an adjustable lamp, lap desk, free remote printing and free internet access. Also featured are a pool, 24-hour fitness center, a business center and free hot breakfast.
