PITTSBURGH—Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s international brand of upscale, all-suite, extended-stay hotels, has opened its newest property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown.

Developed and owned by a joint venture with Walnut Capital and Concord Hospitality, Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Downtown will feature 150 suites, which will be a combination of studio, and one- and two-bedroom suites. “We are thrilled about collaborating with one of our key partners, Concord Hospitality, as their management team is recognized for exceptional performance in guest service and has received numerous honors for operational excellence that will help guests be at home.”
Located at 1410 Smallman St., the property is near attractions like The Strip District, home to open food markets, street vendors and unique shops and Senator John Heinz History Museum. The hotel is also accessible to University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University.
The new hotel offers all suite-accommodations including fully equipped kitchens, free daily full-hot breakfast and WiFi. Additional amenities include a fitness center; indoor pool; a complimentary evening social Monday-Thursday; and grocery shopping service.
