Homewood Suites Opens First Property in Cocoa Beach, FL

MCLEAN, VA—Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach has opened in Cocoa Beach, FL. Offering 153 new suites, the hotel represents the brand’s first property in the city.

“Cocoa Beach has consistently drawn tourists, with both the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal in the area,” said Adrian Kurre, global head of Homewood Suites. “Opening a Homewood Suites property in this location is key to meeting tourism demands and offering visitors a trusted, value-driven option for short-term or extended stays.”

Developed and owned by Sunbelt Hospitality, the hotel complements the city’s tourism culture with local attractions and a bustling cruise port, according to the company.

The new hotel provides a combination of studio and one-bedroom accommodations, featuring fully equipped kitchens, and separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities include complimentary daily hot breakfast, an evening social, WiFi and grocery shopping service. Recreational facilities include an outdoor pool and fitness center.

Located at 9000 Astronaut Blvd., the hotel is near local attractions such as the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral shops and restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier.
