Hilton Worldwide Opens First Property in Chad, Africa

MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Hotels & Resorts has introduced Hilton N’Djamena, its first hotel in Chad, Africa. The 194-room property, offering views of Chari River, is located in the new and upmarket district of Sabangali in N’Djamena. The latest addition joins Hilton Worldwide’s growing portfolio of 37 hotels in Africa.

The property includes 11 suites, resort-style facilities and provides a wide range of dining options from the poolside Acqua Bar and Grill to the Axis Bar and Lounge. L’atelier, located in the lobby, offers fine dining; La Distillerie serves a selection of whiskey and cocktails; and Merkato offers all-day dining facing the Chari River.

In addition, the hotel features a ballroom for up to 500 people; a fully equipped business center; 24-hour health club with the latest cardio and strength-training equipment; and an outdoor pool.
