MCLEAN, VA—Hilton’s Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites brands have seen continued momentum in 2017.
Hilton Garden Inn will end this year with more than 750 hotels worldwide, with properties in 35 countries and territories, averaging nearly one new hotel opening per week. Six of those openings, in four countries, have occurred in the past month, including Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor (PA); Hilton Garden Inn Boulder (CO); Hilton Garden Inn Edmond/Oklahoma City North; Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman North (Malaysia); Hilton Garden Inn Aguascalientes (Mexico); and Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow (India).
Hilton Garden Inn saw its strongest growth for the year in the Southern United States, with Texas and North Carolina accounting for eight openings collectively. The brand also debuted new properties in two Manhattan neighborhoods: Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South and Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown.
For its part, Home2 Suites has reached a portfolio milestone—its 200th property opened in Miramar, FL. Home2 Suites by Hilton Miramar Ft. Lauderdale has 101 suites and a range of value, tech-focused and eco-conscious amenities.

The hotel is owned by Hotelex Group LLC and managed by Naples Hotel Group LLC.
Other recent Home2 Suites openings include Home2 Suites by Hilton Kansas City Downtown in Kansas City, MO, which is owned by 2001 Main Lodging Partners LLC and managed by True North Hotel Group LLC, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Springfield North, also in Missouri, which is owned and managed by EAS Investment Enterprises.
