HB ON THE SCENE: Cetis, Inc. Showcases New E Series

NEW YORK—Cetis, Inc. is showcasing its new E Series telephones at the IH/M&RS here this week.
The company, based in Colorado Springs, CO, designed and engineered the compact phones here in the United States. The phones measure 8” in length, 4.5” in width and 1.5” in diameter. In addition, they are available in analog or SIP corded or cordless configurations with options for an integrated LCD clock and 4,7,8 or 12 guest service keys.
John Grubb, director of marketing for Cetis, touted the benefits of the new size. “Small is the new big,” he told HOTEL BUSINESS®. “Because of its micro-footprint, the E Series phones leave a lot of room on the nightstand for other things.”
Grubb noted that production has begun on the new phones. He also noted that the company is relaunching its Express Net line of phones, which feature wireless access points. Grubb expects the relaunched models to be available early in 2011.
