LAS VEGAS—When AmericInn asked its franchisees what amenity they would like the chain to add, they said a loyalty program. They got their wish.
Michael Strong, director of marketing, described the new program, called Easy Rewards, at the Chanhassen, MN-based chains annual meeting, which was held at the Golden Nugget Casino Hotel here this week.
Strong said Easy Rewards, which debuted in the first quarter, had been well received initially by franchisees. He encouraged them to ensure the programs success by signing up as many repeat guests as possible.
