DALLAS—G6 Hospitality will continue its expansion in Latin America with the development of its second Estudio 6 property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and its first Hotel 6 property in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

Once completed, the Estudio 6 Puerto Vallarta will offer suite-type rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes, microwave, stovetop, coffeemaker and refrigerator; expanded work areas; HDTVs with premium channels; free WiFi; laundry; and on-site parking. The projected opening date for the Estudio 6 Puerto Vallarta is the second quarter of 2016.
With an estimated investment of nearly $3.7 million, the new seven-story building will consist of 115 rooms.
G6 Hospitality has also signed a franchise agreement with Andermatt S.A. to develop its first Hotel 6 property in Santa Cruz. Andermatt S.A. is an independent group of investors in Bolivia with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in the country. The franchise agreement includes plans to develop additional Hotel 6 properties in other major cities in Bolivia. The first Hotel 6 will consist of a seven-story building with approximately 90 rooms.
