LOS ANGELES—The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills launched ICE technology wherein all 285 guestrooms and suites will be stocked with iPad2 devices enabling guests to digitally connect with all areas of the hotel.
The hotel is the first Four Seasons property to offer ICE (Interactive Customer Experience) from Intelity, a software solutions provider. At the touch of the iPad2 guest can order in-room dining, make restaurant reservations, arrange valet parking, airport transportation, spa treatments, make housekeeping requests, research information on cultural and entertainment attractions, and other activities.
In addition, a select number of newly renovated suites are fiber-optic wired for live broadcast opportunities, JAMBOX Wi-Fi enabled speakers are available upon request and 42- to 50-inch flat-screen televisions are in all guestrooms and suites.
“We constantly strive to exceed guest expectations by offering exceptional service and unique, cutting-edge technology,” said General Manager Mehdi Eftekari.
