Hotel Equities Assumes Management of Two Properties
Hotel Equities has been appointed to manage Four Points by Sheraton Bakersfield, a 198-room hotel owned by Ovid Hospitality LLC, an affiliate of H2H Asset Group; and Four Points by Sheraton St. Louis-Fairview Heights, 120-room hotel owned by Cloud 9 Hospitality LLC.
Rotana Signs Agreement for Property in Zambia
Rotana has signed a hotel management agreement with Grandview Hotels and Resorts Limited to manage a new five-star hotel in the Republic of Zambia that is scheduled to be opened by 2021.
HVMG Adds Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach to Growing Portfolio
HVMG has taken over management of the 200-room Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. The hotel, which opened in early 2018, is owned by Summit Hospitality Management Group.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts adds The Broadview Hotel Toronto joins Crescent’s, Latitudes Collection
The 58-room Broadview Hotel in Toronto will join Crescent Hotels & Resorts “Latitudes” collection of lifestyle hotels.
