The Roosevelt New Orleans $20M Renovation Nears Completion

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, is nearing completion of a massive $20-million renovation. To celebrate the hotel’s 125th anniversary, The Roosevelt reimagined their space from meeting rooms to guestrooms to the rooftop pool. The historic hotel, located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, remodeled 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, spending $5 million on those renovations alone.

The hotel now offers three grand ballrooms and 23 distinctive meeting rooms, with 20,000 sq. ft. being divisible into five sections. In addition to the upgrades, the hotel offers a full-service business center, an onsite full-service audio/visual company and online catering and events menus. All 504 guestrooms are scheduled to be renovated by the end of 2019.

Renovations Complete for Two Arizona Hilton Hotels

Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center and Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler­Fashion Center completed two full­-scale, property­-wide renovations. The renovations include the modernization of all guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces and common areas including the fitness centers, public spaces and exterior areas.

Both hotels have higher quality public space seating as well as updated decor with modern and sophisticated color palettes. All guestrooms and suites received a full upgrade, including improved layouts, updated furniture, new lighting, wallcoverings, carpeting, plush bedding, and more. Additional renovation highlights include fresh exterior paint, updated pavement, a new roof, landscaping and improved lighting. Both properties include a complimentary breakfast, free WiFi, a 24-­hour Pavilion Pantry Market, a fitness center and pools.

DesignLSM Unveils Work for 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hospitality design specialists DesignLSM have completely transformed the F&B and front-of-house areas of the newly launched 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel in Kensington, London. Crimson Hotel’s ambition was to convert the DoubleTree property into a Curio by Hilton hotel. To achieve this, DesignLSM were commissioned to curate a distinctive narrative for the property, forming a personality that creates a strong sense of place.
