Brandt Hospitality Group Selects Broadvine to Optimize their Portfolio Performance
Broadvine implementing its cloud-based application to optimize portfolio profitability for Brandt Hospitality Group. Brandt will use Broadvine to help improve hotel performance in their existing properties as well as their growing portfolio with hotels under development in six states from Oregon to Rhode Island. Broadvine’s application is designed to provide accurate, reliable budgets and forecasts, real-time reporting data and labor insights. By consolidating data from their PMS, labor and accounting systems, Brandt Hospitality Group will now have central access to portfolio performance data, to analyze and enable faster decisions to optimize profitability.

Orange Lake Resorts Selects TreasuryXpress for Centralized Treasury Automation
Lake Resorts has selected TreasuryXpress’ enterprise treasury management solution (TMS), to help achieve greater control over their treasury management and payment processes. For Orange Lake Resort, the ability to achieve greater visibility over their cash positions and improve controls and efficiencies around their payment processes was critical to restructuring and optimizing their treasury operations. TreasuryXpress provides companies of any size access to enterprise-level cash visibility, liquidity management, bank connectivity, payments workflow, and custom reporting capabilities; thereby streamlining cash management processes.

Allbridge Redefines In-Room Entertainment with Interactive IPTV Solution
Allbridge has rolled out its new in-room entertainment IPTV platform for hotels, Allbridge Entertainment. This product will bring a cloud-based, interactive TV experience to guests to enhance their stay with innovative features for increased user engagement. Allbridge Entertainment, powered by its partnership with MCOMS, provides overthetop (OTT) content, streaming and personalized property information with unique branding opportunities. The new product will be the first of many complementary, inroom enhancements that Allbridge plans to launch in 2019 with the mission to deliver a seamless, connected experience for the end user.

Arrivedo Launches Routes Feature to Allow Hotels to Give Guests a Better Customer Experience
Arrivedo has launched new Routes feature for Arrivedo Neighborhood Guides with the purpose of giving hotels the ability to provide a better guest experience as part of the hotel’s website. Arrivedo aims to give hotels the ability to compete with Airbnb by providing guests with more curated experiences at one-fourth of the cost of traditional competitors. They do this by elevating and digitizing the hotel’s local advice and recommendations through a fully customizable Neighborhood Guide available to guests. This gives guests an experience in their target destination with recommendations on restaurants, bars, and more, while also highlighting the hotels own restaurants and other services to increase ancillary revenue. With the routes feature, hotels can give guests their own self-guided walking route in their chosen destination.

Jonas Hospitality Formally Launches Jonas Chorum
Jonas Hospitality has launched Jonas Chorum, a suite of streamlined, intuitive and flexible property management solutions designed to provide hotels with everything they need to operate more efficiently and effectively. The Jonas Chorum product offering includes Chorum PMS, Chorum CRS, and Chorum Sync, built on Jonas Hospitality’s powerful technology platform Jonas ARC.
