Hyatt Regency Chantilly
Hyatt Regency Chantilly, the ninth Hyatt branded hotel in France, has opened. Reminiscent of an 18th-century authentic hamlet, the 211-room property is set along the Nonette River in the historic town of Chantilly. Comprising eight buildings, the hotel serves as a venue for hosting a variety of events, including weddings, social occasions, exhibitions, meetings and conferences. There are several F&B offerings, including the property’s signature restaurant, Nord.
Hyatt Place Fresno
Hyatt Place Fresno, the first Hyatt Place hotel in Fresno, CA, is officially open. The new 126-room hotel has several amenities, including free WiFi and 24-hour food offerings. The hotel is a joint venture led by Fresno Lodging Inc. and operated by Sethi Management Inc.
Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie
Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie, the first Hyatt Place hotel in Poughkeepsie, NY, is now open. The hotel is owned and operated by Empire Hotel Development Inc. The hotel has 93 guestrooms, 24-hour food options, a fitness center and 1,092 sq. ft. of meeting space. The property is near the Walkway over the Hudson, Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center and The Samuel L. Morse home at Locust Grove among other attractions.
Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market
Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market, the first Hyatt House hotel to open inside Chicago’s city limits, has 14 stories and includes 200 rooms, 67 of which are suites, plus numerous amenities, including the top-floor indoor pool and sky deck. Major real estate investment firm Wheelock Street Capital is the owner. Tampa, FL-based McKibbon Hospitality is the operator and installed a leadership team in April.
Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center
Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center, the first Hyatt Place hotel in Virginia Beach, is officially open. The new 127-room hotel has free WiFi and 24-hour food offerings. The hotel is owned and operated by Suburban Capital.
