BUTTE, MT—The 84-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott has opened here. Located at 2340 Cornell Ave., the hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Hotel Developers-Butte, LLC and managed by Inntrusted, LLC of Idaho Falls, ID.
Located midtown and a short distance from Bert Mooney Airport, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Butte is accessible to the World Museum of Mining, the Piccadilly Museum of Transportation, the Berkely Pit and numerous walking trails.
The property has an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte cochere and a glass entrance. The hotel’s open public space features natural light and views throughout the lobby.
In the lobby area, there is a color palette of green, blue and orange. There are connectivity options, which include a “connect and print” area that has both standing and seated internet stations. The lobby’s focal points include a natural stone hearth, an organic-shaped sofa and a lounge chair. There is a 24/7 Corner Market that offers snacks and drinks. A complimentary breakfast is served on the breakfast area’s signature farm table.
Guestrooms have a work area, an ergonomic chair, task lighting, electrical outlets and a curved, mobile desk. The decor blends wood tones with bright pops of color. The new design also places the sleeping area toward the middle of the room. The living area has a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave.
Additional amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers 636 sq. ft. of space to accommodate functions of up to 71 people.
