Explorar Hotels & Resorts partners with Stand Out Hotels for Central America, Mexico and Caribbean

Resort and hotel brand Explorar Hotels & Resorts has signed an exclusive master franchise agreement with hotel management company, Stand Out Hotel Group. The agreement will see the targeted growth and development of the Stand Out Hotel Group within Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean over the next five years.

Stand Out Hotels is a full-service third-party hotel management company offering customized services to owners and developers in the region. The Stand Out Hotels and Residences Collection represents a handpicked collection of more than 100 properties in over five countries across the globe, including brands such as The Mantra Collection and Vibe Hotels. Partnering with Explorar Hotels & Resorts will allow Stand Out Hotels to offer a new and unique international brand to the region’s travelers and hotel owners, the company reports.

Explorar Hotels & Resorts launched earlier this year with its first property, Explorar Pawapi Koh Mook, located in Southern Thailand on an untouched, pure island paradise, followed soon after by the announcement of Explorar Treehouses El Nido, designed by designer and artist John Underwood and slated to open in 2024.
