Expotel Hospitality Hires Mike Nixon as President, Chief Development Officer
Expotel Hospitality has hired Mike Nixon as president and chief development officer. He’s overseeing the company’s growth in acquisitions and third-party management services. Most recently he was employed with Innisfree Hotels in Gulf Breeze, FL where he worked his way from GM to president during his 25-year tenure.

Concord Hospitality Names Regional VP of Sales and Marketing
Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company has promoted Hai Nguyen to regional VP of sales and marketing. He joined Concord in 2010 as a sales coordinator and has served as director of sales and marketing since 2011. In this most recent position, he worked with multiple hotels in diverse markets and interfaced with a task force team dedicated to ensuring the success of specific properties.

Valley Forge Fabrics Appoints Ryan Haley as Director of Hospitality Sales
Valley Forge Fabrics has appointed Ryan Haley as the new director of sales for their hospitality division. He brings with him 17 years of experience from American Hotel Register Company as director of global accounts.

U.S. Travel Hires Briggs as Industry Relations VP
The U.S. Travel Association has hired Angie Briggs as VP of industry relations. She comes to U.S. Travel from Miles Partnership, a consulting agency specializing in destination and hospitality marketing, where she served as VP of new business development for the past eight years. Briggs was a member of the Miles leadership team and helped drive the agency’s strategy and growth.
