NATIONAL REPORT—The Cordish Companies, Allegiant, Songy Highroads and Dream Hotel Group are bolstering their leadership rosters. Here’s a look at personnel shifts in the industry:

The Cordish Companies Appoints New Executives in Gaming Division Expansion
The Cordish Companies has appointed Travis Lamb, who most recently served as EVP and GM of Live! Casino & Hotel, in Hanover, MD, has been elevated to the new position of CFO for Cordish Gaming Group. Succeeding Lamb will be Anthony Faranca who joins the company as EVP and GM of Live! Casino & Hotel. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Allegiant Appoints Paul Berry to VP of Hotel Operations
Paul Berry has been appointed VP of hotel operations for Sunseeker Resorts, a division of Allegiant Travel Company. Prior to joining Sunseeker Resorts, Berry held a variety of leadership roles at MGM Resorts International properties. Most recently, he served as VP of hotel operations at ARIA Resort & Casino at CityCenter, which earned the AAA Five Diamond and the Forbes Five Star awards under his management. During his tenure at Bellagio Resort and Casino, Berry helped the hotel maintain its AAA Five Diamond status.

Songy Highroads Expands Its Growing Acquisitions Business
Songy Highroads has hired Foster Durkee as a SVP to help expand the company’s growing acquisitions business. He joins SHR with more than nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He relocated from New York City where he most recently served as a VP at Related Fund Management, the real estate private equity investment arm of Related Companies. Prior to Related, Durkee worked in CBRE’s National Loan Sale Advisory Group in New York, among other roles.

Dream Hotel Group Appoints Jeff Lee to VP of F&B
Dream Hotel Group has promoted Jeff Lee to VP of F&B. He joined the group in March 2016 as director of F&B. Prior to joining Dream, Lee worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group where he held various senior management positions, including executive chef for nearly 15 years, and played a key role in restaurant design and construction with a focus on kitchen design for multiple location in the United States.
