AUSTIN, TX—At the 2015 HITEC conference here, Eleven unveiled the release of the next generation ElevenOs guest Internet management platform, which includes broader integrations, new features and open APIs designed to further enhance the connected guest experience.
According to the Portland, OR-based company, the cloud-based ElevenOS platform enables hotels to deliver and manage powerful guest Internet, drive direct and indirect revenue, and engage guests without the need to change service providers or invest in new hardware.
Eleven also announced an expansion of its partnership with The Bissell Companies. The Charlotte, NC-based management company is implementing Eleven’s centralized guest Internet management platform at both the Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne and The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge.
Bissell, which already utilizes the company’s guest computers in the hotel’s business centers, is now tapping into the platform to manage guest Internet in the lobby, business center, meeting and guest rooms of the properties.
