DoubleTree by Hilton Debuts First Property in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY—DoubleTree by Hilton has opened the brand’s first property in the capital city of Oklahoma. Formerly a Cambria Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport had underwent renovations that include design updates and furnishings throughout the lobby, guestrooms and public areas.

The 134-room, full-service hotel is owned by Suenos LLC and managed by HP Hotels, the same team that owns and operates Hilton Garden Inn North Quail Springs here.

Among the renovation highlights, the hotel debuts a new look that includes modern architectural updates, high ceilings, an open lobby and neutral color tones throughout the property. The guestrooms feature LCD HDTVs, ergonomic workstations, the Sweet Dreams bed experience and complimentary WiFi. Additional amenities include an indoor heated pool and hot tub and 24-hour fitness center.

Guests can dine at the Optima Restaurant, which offers a menu of classic American fare, including daily chef specials and signature dishes. River Run, the hotel’s full-service bar, offers terrace seating.

Three meeting rooms create more than 1,000 sq. ft. of event space.

The hotel is just off highway I-40 and four miles from Will Rogers World Airport. “As Will Rogers World Airport continues to grow, we’ve seen much greater demand for a full-service hotel that can deliver stellar accommodations and amenities,” said Gee Rios, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport.
