Dimension Development’s Portfolio Reaches 60 Hotels
Dimension Development has been named the management company of the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites in downtown Indianapolis. This addition marks the 60th hotel in the management company’s portfolio. The hotel has 332 guestrooms and suites, 28,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, 120-West Bar & Grill, as well as a McCormick & Schmick’s. Joe Melton, general manager, and Stan Jacobs, director of sales, will lead the restaurant. Michael Hildum, VP of operations, will oversee the transition and corporate management of the hotel.
Davidson Hotels & Resorts Adds to Pivot Hotels & Resorts Portfolio
Davidson Hotels & Resorts has expanded its Pivot Hotels & Resorts portfolio with the addition of The Hotel Minneapolis, Autograph Collection, a historic 222-room property in Minneapolis. A multimillion-dollar renovation is planned to begin in late 2018 and to be completed in early 2019. All areas of the property, including Restaurant Max and all public spaces, will be redesigned and reimagined.
HVMG Completes Sale, Retains Management of Embassy Suites Winston-Salem
Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has completed the sale of the 146-suite Embassy Suites located in Winston-Salem, NC. HVMG will retain management of the property. For dining, there is The Grille Restaurant and Bar. The property has more than 57,000 sq. ft. of event space.
Hotel Equities to Manage Courtyard in Atlanta
Hotel Equities will manage the 115-room Courtyard by Marriott in Atlanta, which is expected to open in late 2018. The four-story hotel will have an upgraded lobby space, as well as Courtyard’s latest contemporary room design. Other amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, guest laundry and a meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 75 people.
