TORONTO—The new Delta Toronto has opened here representing the first stand-alone hotel to open in the city in more than 20 years.
The hotel has been launched as the flagship property for Delta Hotels & Resorts, a Canadian hotel management company. Designed by Page+Steele/IBI Group Architects, the 46-story tower features 567 guestrooms and 17,000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space. Interiors were designed by Champalimaud Design in New York.
“With the launch of the newest Delta hotel in Toronto, we’re elevating the level of service to our guests,” stated Ken Greene, president and CEO, Delta Hotels & Resorts. “This hotel opening in downtown Toronto is not only a great stand-alone property, but it also sets the new standard for the Delta brand.”
