WASHINGTON—The Canopy by Hilton Washington, D.C. Bethesda North has broken ground and is expected to open in the fall of 2017. A joint venture between The Buccini/Pollin Group and Federal Realty, the property will feature 177 rooms, including 23 suites and a pair of three-bay Presidential suites.
The hotel is located at 11580 Old Georgetown Rd., at the center of Pike & Rose, within a new mixed-use development featuring restaurants, retailers and live performance venues.

Canopy by Hilton Washington, D.C. Bethesda North will feature a bistro highlighting D.C. favorites like soft shell crabs and half-smokes from Ben’s Chili Bowl, as well as free WiFi and a local artisanal breakfast. It will also include 4,350 sq. ft. of meeting space and a 3,100-sq.-ft. ballroom.

The White Flint station on the Metro’s Red Line is one block away and offers access to downtown Bethesda, Rockville and Northern Virginia. Both Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport are within 25 miles of the hotel and Baltimore-Washington International Airport is about 36 miles away.
