DENVER, CO—Davidson Hotels & Resorts has taken over management of the 451-room Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center here.
This is the second hotel that Davidson manages on behalf of the hotel’s owner, JMI Realty, a real estate investment and development company specializing in lodging and urban redevelopment.
The 11-story hotel is located at the corner of I-25 and 225 Highways and nearby to downtown Denver, the Denver International Airport and the Belleview light rail station.
The hotel features more than 30,000 sq. ft. of function space, including an 11,000-sq.-ft. ballroom, a 4,000-sq.-ft. top floor social event space and an amphitheater. A renovation of the hotel’s meeting space is planned.
Additionally, the hotel recently completed a renovation of the public space, including the lobby, restaurant and lounge. Root25 Taphouse & Kitchen offers Colorado craft beer, spirits and locally sourced ingredients. In addition, Perks Coffee & Go is a gourmet market featuring Starbucks coffee and specialty breakfast and lunch items.
Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, large outdoor garden with fire pit and a Hyatt Stay Fit Gym.
