Davidson Hotels & Resorts has added Hotel Zachary at Gallagher Way, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, to its portfolio. The property is owned by Hickory Street Capital.
Marcus Hotels & Resorts Assumes Management of Two Hotels
Marcus Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown in El Paso, TX. The company has also been selected to manage the newly constructed Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center, opening in June. The two hotels are located within the same block in the city’s downtown area.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts to Manage the Hampton Inn & Suites Annapolis, MD
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has been selected to manage the 117-guestroom Hampton Inn & Suites in Annapolis, MD. The hotel recently completed an extensive renovation to its guestrooms and lobby area.
