A member of Hotel Brokers International, Crystal Investment Property has completed the sale of the Callahan’s Mountain Lodge in Ashland, OR. CIP, a licensed Oregon brokerage, represented the seller in the sale. Joseph P. Kennedy, president of CIP, worked closely with the seller, as well as the parties’ other professionals, to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The final sale price is confidential.
Callahan’s Mountain Lodge is a full-service, upscale resort situated off of the I-5 corridor. Built in 2008, this 23-key resort has fireplaces, spa tubs and private decks on 47.8 acres. Callahan’s restaurant includes a bar and lounge, indoor and outdoor dining, as well as banquet facilities for 200 guests. Located on the Pacific Crest Trail, and at the base of Mt. Ashland Ski Resort, the Lodge is a popular destination stop. The hotel is also near downtown Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, museums, galleries and shopping.
