SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL—Crescent Hotels & Resorts has inked a contract to manage The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort here.
Located at 16701 Collins Ave., the 355-room property recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation that included the valet area and lobby, restaurants, guestrooms and pool deck.
“After the investments we’ve made in our recently completed renovations and improvements throughout the property, we believe that adding Crescent’s renowned level of service will best position The Newport for future growth,” said Steven Hurowitz, the hotel’s owner.
The hotel includes 20 two-bedroom suites and five dining venues, more than 18,000 sq. ft. of event space, an Aveda Seven Seas Spa, salon, two pools, fitness center, a beach volleyball court, water sports center, tour and transportation services and direct access to a 500-foot-long private beach with Tiki-hut cabanas overlooking historic Newport Pier. The property also is pet friendly.
