GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO—The Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge here has completed a $2 million renovation of its 107 guestrooms.
Designed to reflect the calming environment of the lodge’s spa, the Spa of the Rockies, the two-phase refurbishment project began in April of last year. Each room now features a warm, soothing color palette of sage green and neutral tones accented with cinnamon. Beds have been upgraded with new spa linens, waffle-weave comforters, plush throws and mahogany headboards with built-in LED reading lights. The rooms also now feature mahogany furnishings, new window treatments, 42-inch LED televisions, iPod docking stations, custom cabinetry, mini-refrigerators and microwaves.
Guest bathrooms have been revamped to feature freestanding, residential-style vanities with granite countertops, while the new shower enclosure is accented with olive, gold and chocolate glass.
