GREENBELT, MD—Chesapeake Hospitality has been selected to manage the new Hyde Resort & Residences located in Hollywood, FL. Upon completion later this month, the property designed by Brazilian architect Debora Aguiar will feature 367 one-, two- and three-bedroom oceanfront suites with organic materials such as natural wood and stone, and atmospheric lighting.

Additionally, the property will include a permanent curated art collection installed throughout the public areas; two infinity-edge oceanview pools and sundeck; a fitness center with a cardio theater overlooking the pool deck; and a yoga and Pilates studio. The hotel will also offer a beach-inspired spa by Emenaspa, and two naturally lit meeting rooms that will accommodate up to 50 people each.
The oceanfront guest suites will have LED smart televisions; private terraces with glass railings and views of the Atlantic Ocean; floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows; fully equipped kitchens; soaking tubs and glass-enclosed showers.
The property is eight miles from Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 19 miles from Miami International Airport.
