ORLANDO—Carrier Enterprise (CE) is revamping its Facebook and Twitter sites to provide the latest trend and product information.
The Facebook and Twitter sites will offer special promotions and offers for its followers. This effort is part of a strategy to ensure that CE’s marketing and communication platforms online feature the latest company information and tips, as well as keeping its customers up to date on trends and key product information.
Kristin Gallup, marketing leader, Carrier Enterprise, stated, “Carrier Enterprise strives to put customer service first, which is why developing a credible social media presence is so important to us. Recently, CE unveiled a HVAC Contract Assist app for the Apple iPad and iPhones, in addition to Android devices, which allows HVAC/R professionals to find CE stores, browse product availability, perform equipment bill of materials searches and access a document library of CE products.
