The 336-sq. ft. boardroom, which seats up to 18 guests, offers distinctive design with a sophisticated and artistic appeal, according to the company. Notable elements of the new space include high-end ergonomic leather chairs; a Clarus Glass blackboard with tempered glass surface; and a granite conference table.
A $60,000 investment in The Boardroom’s technological amenities allows for greater engagement and ease of use for guests. Integrated video, audio and presentation services are accessible worldwide and remotely controlled from any tablet, computer or smartphone. A 70-in. display screen and audio-balanced speakers aid presentations, supported by 100M fiber-optic Internet speeds. Additionally, each executive chair is equipped with its own individual charging outlet.
Meetings in The Boardroom can be complemented with custom catering options from the resort’s signature Bistro West and West Steak and Seafood restaurants. Other services include a free shuttle throughout the Carlsbad area, full-access business and fitness centers, and a seasonal wine pour on property.
