NATIONAL REPORT—Choice Hotels’ Cambria brand continues its expansion, while Fairfield Inn & Suites and WoodSpring Suites open doors in North Carolina and Washington.
Cambria Hotel Opens in Nashville, TN
Cambria Hotel Nashville has opened in collaboration with Fillmore Capital Partners and Fillmore Hospitality. There are Music City-inspired design elements throughout the 255-room property. There’s a rooftop pool deck with an indoor-outdoor bar, and more than 5,000 sq. ft. of multifunction meeting space. The hotel will also house NashHouse, a restaurant with a contemporary menu offering area specialties, signature cocktails and a selection of local craft beers.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel Arrives in NC
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Flat Rock, NC, is scheduled to open this Friday. The 84-room property is owned and managed by Blue Star Hospitality LLC of Fletcher, NC.
WoodSpring Suites Seattle Redmond Opens
Developed by West 77 Partners LLC, WoodSpring Suites Seattle Redmond has opened. The 120-suite property will be operated by WoodSpring Hotels Property Management. West 77 Partners has one other WoodSpring Suites hotel in Seattle, Everett, and a third hotel under construction that is expected to open later this year. There are plans to develop several more hotels in the Pacific Northwest area.
