STAMFORD, CT—Avenue of the Arts Hotel Costa Mesa, located in Orange County, CA, will debut as a Tribute Portfolio hotel in spring 2016. Owned by Wincome Group, an international real estate company based in Hong Kong, Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is set to undergo a multimillion-dollar upgrade, debuting completely renovated rooms by the time of opening.

Designed by architecture and interior design firm Dianna Wong, the 238-room hotel is located in the hub of Orange County’s Corporate and Cultural Center and the Performing Arts District, as well as steps away from South Coast Plaza. The three-acre property includes jogging trails; a pool with private cabanas; and a fitness center that features a whirlpool and sauna facilities.
Food & beverage options include full-service dining at the Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar, with seasonally driven menus serving modern California fare by Executive Chef Eddie Garcia.
After their renovation, each of the 238 guestrooms, including 35 suites, will feature hardwood floors, granite bathrooms with organic toiletries and a design that draws upon the best of both Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements,, according to Starwood.
The hotel also includes seven flexible meeting rooms totaling 6,800 sq. ft. of space, including an Executive Boardroom that seats 15 people and a more than 3,400- sq-ft. Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 banquet guests. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service and professional multi-lingual associates on hand 24/7 to assist international guests.
