Auberge Du Soleil Adds F&B Exec

RUTHERFORD, CA—Auberge du Soleil appointed Yannick Girardo to restaurant manager in charge of all operations at its restaurant and bar.

Girardo previously served as assistant general manager at Daniel, Daniel Boulud’s flagship restaurant in New York City.


The Auberge du Soleil restaurant is marking it thirtieth anniversary this year. Founder Claude Rouas and business partner Robert Harmon opened the Auberge du Soleil hotel, which became the flagship property of Auberge Resorts, 25 years ago.
