CHICAGO—Aparium Hotel Group has named John C. Farris as chief marketing officer.
With more than 30 years of business and marketing experience, Farris most recently served as director of global brand and marketing/alliances and business development at the Harley-Davidson Motor Co. in Milwaukee, WI. There, he led brand strategy, including the development of a branded hotel concept for global markets, a restaurant concept for domestic markets and a line of licensed food and beverage products under the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse name.
Prior to that, Farris held multiple marketing-focused roles throughout the motorcycle industry.
Founded by Kevin Robinson and Mario Tricoci in 2012, Aparium Hotel Group’s current properties include: The Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee; Charmant Hotel in La Crosse, WI; Hotel Covington in Covington, KY; Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis; Hotel Deco in Omaha, NE; Madison Hotel in Memphis, TN; The Pontchartrain Hotel in New Orleans; and Detroit Foundation Hotel in Detroit.
