ORLANDO, FL—American Hotel Register Company kicked off its 2019 Global Hospitality Expo at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort here today.
With the theme, “Bright future…right now,” the event, which is the company’s 22nd annual gathering, brings American Hotel customers together with the company’s suppliers and associates for a week of presentations and planning that includes a full product trade show. At this year’s Expo, the supplier is also laying the groundwork for the launch of its new digital e-commerce experience, which is expected to occur in the next few months.
“For us, Expo is one of the most anticipated times of the year because we spend a number of days listening to, and sharing ideas with, our customers and supplier partners,” said Angela Korompilas, president/CEO of American Hotel. “This year’s Expo theme really gets to the heart of our focus, which is activating our plans to deliver the very best customer experience possible, right now and well into the future.”
With customers that include major hotel brands, and suppliers that include many national brands, the company estimates more than 700 industry professionals are attending this year’s event.
