Aimbridge Hospitality and Reliance Hotel Group have both added multiple properties to their portfolio of managed hotels.
Aimbridge adds four Three Wall Capital properties to portfolio
Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading, global, third-party hotel management company, has added four new properties to its growing portfolio. With the addition of these new properties, the company has grown its collection of hotels throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Ohio.
This acquisition adds to the growing partnership between Aimbridge and owners Three Wall Capital, who have now selected Aimbridge to manage 59 of its extended-stay and full-service properties. Founded by Alan Kanders, Three Wall Capital is a hospitality equity and debt investment group for institutional and individual investors who have completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions in a principal investor capacity since inception in 2008.
Extended-stay properties are increasingly attractive to guests, due to their amenities such as kitchens with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and range. The new properties added to Aimbridge Hospitality’s portfolio, with a total of 377 keys:
- Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte I-77 South in Charlotte, NC
- Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia in Columbia, SC
- Homewood Suites by Hilton Dayton South Dayton in Miamisburg, OH
- Staybridge Suites Columbus—Dublin in Dublin, OH
Reliance Hotel Group to manage two Pittsburgh-area hotels
Reliance Hotel Group (RHG) has added the Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh Monroeville and Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree to its collection of U.S. properties.The two properties, owned by FCI Investments, become the companies first hotels in the Pittsburgh market.
Located 12 miles from downtown Pittsburgh and 30 from Pittsburgh International Airport, the Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Monroeville features 191 guestrooms and 10 meeting rooms totaling 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space.
Located in the historic Borough of Green Tree and four miles from downtown Pittsburgh, the Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree features 460 guestrooms and 28 meeting rooms totaling more than 40,500 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Ownership plans for property improvements at both locations that include a revitalization of guestrooms, function space, food and beverage outlets and public areas.
