Aimbridge Adds Erica Hageman as Chief Government Affairs Officer

DALLAS—Aimbridge Hospitality has appointed Erica Hageman to the newly created position of chief government affairs officer.

In this role, Hageman advocates for hotel owners through an active voice within government policy and AHLA. She will work to ensure Aimbridge’s hotel owners are fully informed on new government legislation, such as the CARES Act, and will advocate on behalf of Aimbridge’s owners as additional initiatives are explored.

“During this unprecedented time, Aimbridge Hospitality saw an immediate need to advocate for our hotel owners, and ensure they are fully informed on all government policies,” she said. “My role demonstrates Aimbridge Hospitality’s dedication to adding resources to bring value to our hotel owners. I look forward to serving as an advocate, and providing expertise and enhanced communications with our owners to better understand the current situation, and provide relief during this trying time.”

Hageman is a former general counsel for Interstate Hotels & Resorts. She is active with the AHLA General Counsel Committee and co-chairs the Georgetown Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit.
