AUSTIN, TX and ALPHARETTA, GA—HotSchedules and Agilysys Inc. have formed a partnership that adds HotSchedules’ workforce management platforms to the Agilysys hospitality solution portfolio. The integrated POS and labor management solution can help customers create schedules 75% faster and save on average 2% on labor costs, according to the companies.
As the first Master-level partner in HotSchedules’ recently announced Global Channel Partnership Network, Agilysys will now offer HotSchedules’ restaurant management platform to new and existing customers.

With more than 3,000 hospitality customers, Agilysys will offer HotSchedules to its existing installed base, providing implementation to ensure a seamless experience for end users. The new solution gives Agilysys customers access not only to advanced BI and management tools today, but also to future solutions and IoT integrations, according to the company.
As part of the Master-level channel program, Agilysys owns the entire customer experience, with complete responsibility for implementation to service and support, backed by full enablement, onboarding and certification from HotSchedules. The new solution integrates fully with Agilysys’ InfoGenesis POS solution, and the company will provide training and support for its customers.
