ABF Offers Three Incentives to New Franchisees

ATLANTA, GA—America’s Best Franchising (ABF) will introduce three incentives for new franchisees this week at the Hunter Conference here and next week at the AAHOA Annual Convention & Trade Show in Houston.

The company will offer a $10,000 conversion credit, no initial franchise fee and a free property management system (PMS) with any approved deal that is signed by May 31, 2013 for one of the company’s five brands—America’s Best Inns & Suites, Budgetel Inns & Suites, Country Hearth Inns & Suites, Jameson Inns and 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts.

“Good things come in three’s—and these three incentives can be a very meaningful benefit to the bottom line of owners who join our family of properties in the next two months,” said Doug Collins, chairman and CEO of ABF, in a statement.

ABF, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, operates almost 300 properties primarily in the United States, and also in China, India, Canada, Nigeria and Belize.
