Hotel Equities Promotes Becky Aleman to Regional Director of Operations
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has promoted Becky Aleman to the position of regional director of operations. Based in Virginia, she most recently served as the GM of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lynchburg. With more than 16 years of hospitality industry experience, she began her hospitality career as the sales manager at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Yorktown, VA, and soon earned the post of assistant GM at Courtyard by Marriott in Yorktown. She went on to serve in a regional position as sales manager for a group of hotels before taking the director of sales position for the Courtyard by Marriott in Lynchburg, VA.
McKibbon Hospitality Executive Erik Rowen Promoted to President of Development and Renovation Services
McKibbon Hospitality has promoted Erik Rowen to president of development and renovation services. A registered architect who joined McKibbon Hospitality in 2003 as a project manager, he most recently served as VP of development. During his career with McKibbon, Rowen has supported the development of more than 30 projects.
Midas Hospitality Hires Director of Revenue Management
Midas Hospitality has hired Morgan Bilek as director of revenue management. She has more than 12 years of hospitality experience. Prior to joining Midas Hospitality, she worked as the director of revenue management for a hospitality management group based in Kentucky. She also has worked in a similar capacity for a hospitality property operator and developer in Wyoming.
