Agilysys, Shift4 Payments Renew Partnership
Agilysys, Inc. and Shift4 Payments have extended their long-standing partnership to better enable a seamless guest journey for hospitality operators while increasing the market presence of both companies.
By adding Shift4’s end-to-end payment solution, Agilysys customers can enjoy the benefits of a fully integrated payment experience at their property, connecting everything from online reservations to check-out, on-premise dining, spa services and more. Shift4’s recently announced integration with Innowi’s innovative, EMV ready 7-in. ChecOut M mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) device also allows Agilysys customers to run a complete version of the company’s InfoGenesis software on their mobile terminal.
Outrigger Hospitality Group Claims PATA Gold Award
Outrigger Hospitality Group has won a 2020 Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Award for its conservation initiative, Ozone. The initiative aims to support coral health, preserve the ocean’s natural beauty and help marine life thrive for generations to come.
Outrigger has also launched an Expert Advisor program, which provides travel advisors with unique benefits and tools to help assist guests in booking their trip. As part of an initiative for the program, travel advisors can use the points they receive when booking clients toward a stay at select Outrigger hotels in Fiji, Mauritius and Hawaii.
Generator & Freehand Hotels Selects Duetto
Generator & Freehand Hotels, which operates a portfolio of 19 properties in popular destinations such as Amsterdam, Paris, New York and Miami, has partnered with Duetto to maximize on revenue opportunities as it streamlines operations. The company has moved its entire portfolio of boutique hotels and hostels onto Duetto, following a rapid integration that went from contract to go-live in only six weeks.
This swift integration was made possible due to the partnership between Duetto and cloud-based property management system Mews. Together, the two SaaS brands created a customer-led data provisioning process, with exceptional data granularity and a data validation toolkit that accelerated the whole process. Generator & Freehand Hotels is now optimizing every booking with Duetto’s GameChanger pricing application and benefiting from increased efficiencies by using ScoreBoard for reporting and forecasting.
Oliver Companies Partners With ProfitSword
ProfitSword has been selected by hotel management firm Oliver Companies, Inc. to provide each of its hotel locations with ProfitSage. With the availability of the software, Oliver Companies now has the ability to instantly determine the real-time effectiveness of business strategies for individual properties or for its portfolio as a whole, and can readily identify future trends in both revenue and expenses to ensure that sudden market fluctuations are taken into full account for the continued success and stability of the organization.

Lefcon Adds Two Hotels in California
Technology support company Lefcon, LLC has expanded its business partnership with Sage Hospitality Group, being named the technology support partner for two of Sage’s new management contracts in California; The Guild Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel and The Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance Resort and Spa.
Continuing a partnership of more than 20 years in this role for Sage, Lefcon will support developments in infrastructure for both hotels, improving speed, performance and usability for the teams on property. Lefcon will also act as the hotels’ 24/7 technology support partner, proactively addressing issues and managing day-to-day troubleshooting.
