CHICAGO—Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Hospitality Ventures Management Group have opened Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina. The hotel is the first full-service new-build in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter market in 25 years, according to the company.
Located inside the Perimeter and near the upscale Buckhead neighborhood, Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina has 177 guestrooms, including 15 suites. The property sits on an 83-acre development and offers outdoor gardens, meeting and conference facilities, wedding and special event venues, along with fine dining and recreational options.
The three on-property dining and bar options include Villa Christina, offering Northern Italian cuisine; Caffé Christina, the to-go restaurant offering quick bites on the run and in-room dining; and Sassafras, serving a selection of champagne, wine, beer and cocktails.
Other amenities include the outdoor rooftop pool, the walking trails of the nature conservation area, the 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a business center, valet parking or complimentary self-parking, on-site spa rooms and complimentary hotel shuttle transportation within a 3-mile radius.
Atlanta-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group assumes management of the hotel. Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is the third full-service Hyatt in HVMG’s portfolio. HVMG also manages Hyatt Suites Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA, and Hyatt Regency Albuquerque in Albuquerque, NM.
