CAIRO—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. will soon introduce the Westin brand to Egypt with the opening of The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa Katameya Dunes early next year.
Owned by New Cairo for Real Estate Investment Company SAE, the 128-room resort will be located within the Katameya Dunes development, a 1.8 million square meter luxury residential compound in the New Cairo City District.

The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa Katameya Dunes will be located within a residential community with a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Nick Faldo & Brian Curley of Texas, USA and will be the development’s flagship resort.
Situated in a landscaped enclave, The Westin Cairo will offer 127 guestrooms and one presidential suite, all featuring the latest in-room technology as well as the renowned Westin Heavenly Bed, Heavenly Bath, Heavenly Shower, Heavenly Robe and exclusive White Tea Aloe bath amenities.
The Westin Cairo Hotel & Spa will also offer four dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a café, a bar and a lounge. The hotel will provide other facilities such as a spacious ballroom, The Heavenly Spa by Westin, the Nick Faldo & Brian Curley designed golf course, a pool, fitness center and a 24-hour business center.
