REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN—Marking the brand’s entry into Saskatchewan, DoubleTree by Hilton opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina located here.

The hotel, formerly the Regina Inn Hotel and Conference Centre, unveiled property-wide upgrades following a 10-month, multi-million dollar renovation that includes a total refurbishment of its 235 guestrooms, 18,000 sq. ft. of conference space and a new full-service restaurant. The hotel is owned and operated by SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts.

“As the city and provincial capital continues its growth in the telecommunications, agriculture, oil and natural gas industries, Regina has seen a heightened need for first-rate accommodations and conference facilities,” stated Steve Giblin, president and CEO, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. “We look forward to meeting this growing demand with our tremendous hotel and meeting offerings, as well as a staff eager to provide the highest level of service to accommodate our guests’ every need.”

Located in downtown Regina, just six kilometers from Regina International Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina attempts to combine a rustic aesthetic with modern, industrial designs.
