PORTLAND, OR—Recently embracing the new Westin Haven public space initiative, the Westin Harbour Castle moved its guest computers into the lobby, creating a tech spot where guests can access email while having coffee, food or wine.
In partnership with Eleven, Westin’s preferred provider of its Haven solution, the Westin Harbour Castle recently moved their iMac guest computers into the lobby.
Eleven’s ability to provide limited complimentary access for guests along with both credit card and bill-to-room payment options was a key factor in the hotel’s selection of a guest computer provider. Now, The Westin Harbor Castle Haven can capture a new market of on-the-go travelers by coupling access to technology with a revitalizing atmosphere.
“The new lobby location is perfect. We already see an influx of guests consistently visiting the new Haven to check emails and look up local offerings,” stated Valerie Brive, marketing manager, Westin Harbour Castle. “As we continue to update furnishings, we expect even more business from non-hotel guests who need to connect while refreshing with a bite or beverage from our café.”
