MINNEAPOLIS—MICROS Systems, Inc. has unveiled the MICROS Commerce Platform (MCP), a single commerce engine that connects all consumer touchpoints, here at HITEC.
According to the company, this is the first time local, content and ecommerce systems have fully integrated in the hospitality space. The platform, which is a cloud-based SaaS, uses the omni-channel model.
“The MICROS Commerce Platform is poised to revolutionize the way that the hospitality and retail marketplaces approach commerce,” John Gularson, EVP, MICROS eCommerce, said in a statement. “The MICROS Commerce Platform solves the problem of a fragmented customer experience by focusing on the market need, and delivering an innovative, open and simple solution.”
