CORAL SPRINGS, FL—Bernie Moyle, COO/CFO/founding partner of Vantage Hospitality Group, based here, has been appointed to the State Board of Directors of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA), a two-year term, as well as the Board of Directors of the Broward Chapter of the FRLA, a one-year term.

I believe the mission of the FRLA is critical to both the industry and the state, so I want to do my part to ensure everyone’s continued success,” Moyle, who represented Vantage the past several years at the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Legislative Action Summit in Washington, DC, said in a statement.
Items on the 2013 legislative agenda include the following: furthering the interests of FRLA’s constituents in mandatory paid sick leave, destination resort casino gambling, immigration, Visit Florida funding, the Hospitality Education Program, Americans with Disabilities Act, online travel agencies and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, more commonly known as ObamaCare.
Moyle has served as chairman of the board for the Economic Development Foundation of Coral Springs and Enterprise Coral Springs, and is currently the vice chair of the Coral Springs Community Redevelopment Agency.
