Dual-Branded Hilton Debuts in Atlanta

ATLANTA—Hilton Worldwide has opened a dual branded 136-room Hilton Garden Inn and a 92-room Homewood Suites by Hilton in the midtown submarket of Atlanta.

The 12-story property is owned and managed by the locally-based North Point Hospitality Group under long-term franchise agreements with Hilton Worldwide. The two brands have separate check-in desks and their own f&b outlets in the one building, but share a number of facilities. These include meeting and event space, a business center, swimming pool and business center.
