ATLANTA, GA—America’s Best Franchising, based here, will launch an expanded reputation management program on December 15. It will monitor 24 popular social media and travel websites, like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare, which is twice as many sites as the program previously included.
The enhanced initiative will use a combination of key words to produce a daily dashboard summary of comments about a specific property, specific brand or about all of the company’s hotels in a specific state. There is also a geocode feature that will enable the company to identify the brand and location of a hotel even if the writer doesn’t identify it by name in the post.
America’s Best Franchising operates almost 275 hotels under the following brands: America’s Best Inns & Suites, Budgetel Inns & Suites, Country Hearth Inns & Suites, Parkside Hotels & Resorts and the 3 Palms brand for independent hotels.
