ST. LUCIA—Viceroy Hotel Group has completed a $100-million renovation of Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort, here, which was formerly known as Jalousie Plantation.

The renovation includes a new lobby and reception area, new luxury villas, beachfront bungalows, sugar mill rooms and luxury residences. The dining options—two restaurants and four bars— are also new additions. The 9,427-sq.-ft. Rainforest Spa features locally inspired treatments. The Kids Club has also been updated, and features murals by British children’s book illustrator Lucy Loveheart.
